The mission of the CoDA Board of Trustees is to ensure the longevity and fiscal health of the organization, to support the Fellowship’s ongoing service work, to promote CoDA unity and to reach the still suffering codependents.

  • CODA Teen ( Spanish Outreach Committee (SPO) is taking the English material and translating to Spanish.
  • MOTION – to authorize Treasurer Barbara Delantoni to transfer $200,000 from Chase Bank to Wells Fargo Bank and put into Certificates of Deposit.
    Moved: Barbara, Second: Gail, Vote: Unanimous

    Background: There was too much in Chase Bank for Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). At the 2021 CoDA Service Conference (CSC), there was a motion to allow us to earn interest.


  • Translation Management Committee (TMC) and Service Structure Committee (SSC).

The duties of these 2 committees will be given to the new Fellowship Service Worker. There will be motions at the 2022 CSC to dissolve these two committees.

Next Public Board Meeting: May 7, 2022 (1st Saturday of month)

Strategic planning meeting: April 10, 2022 (2nd Sunday of month)

Next Workgroup Meeting: April 17, 2022 (3rd Sunday of  month)


Motions from Executive Session:

  • MOTION – to approve contracting with Patrick for Audio Visual Services for CoDA Service Conference/International CoDA Conference (CSC/ICC) at $9,000.00.
    Moved: Barbara, 2nd: Gail, Vote: Unanimous.
  • MOTION – to hire Monica as Fellowship Service Worker (FSW) to do the SPO requested Outreach work for SPO.
    Moved by Barbara, 2nd: Gail, Vote: Unanimous

  • MOTION – to authorize the Board to purchase the two licenses:

Creative Cloud for teams - $958.88 per year.
Creative Cloud All Apps for individual - $635.88 per year.
