The mission of the CoDA Board of Trustees is to ensure the longevity and fiscal health
 of the organization, to support the Fellowship’s ongoing service work,
to promote CoDA unity and to reach the still suffering codependents.

Move that we create a new fellowship service position for clerical support for the committees.

This was based on review and verification of the recording from said motion.

Reflect the following correction to Motion #21044 in the CSC Final Motions:

To allow the CoDA Events Committee to organize financially self-supporting CoDA events, virtual or face to face, separate from the CoDA Service Conference (CSC) and International CoDA Convention (ICC) in coordination with local CoDA communities when possible.

CoDA Treasurer will establish a separate account on behalf of the Events Committee to track the funds designated for this purpose. CoDA Treasurer will maintain a spreadsheet tracking income and expenses and share it on a quarterly basis with CoDA Board, Finance, and Events, and Quarterly Service Report and Events will report at CSC.
(This will be added to the Events Committee Description in the FSM)

Motion #3 - Motion by Barbara, Second by Gail. Vote unanimous via email.

To initiate a CoDA Teen/Young Adult Task Force to focus on gathering information and materials to support and carry the message to the still suffering codependent who may be a teen or young adult. The Board Web Liaison will act as a Board liaison to this group and actively recruit volunteers who desire to do service for CoDA teen/young adult, as well as at least one member from each of the following committees (Outreach, Hospital and Institutions (H&I), Literature, Spanishl Outreach, Service Structure) and/or any other Board or Committee members who wish to participate. 
The intent will be to create a meeting starter packet as well as establish a webpage dedicated for the CoDA teen and young adults.  We will bring our meeting starter packet and/or other pertinent literature/materials back to the 2022 CoDA Service Conference for a vote.

    • Meeting search issues: Intersection Online is working on correcting the global meeting search so that you can use city/state/zip code and country- If able to do this in a satisfactory manner, we can skip the authorized 10 hours of work for the reinstatement of a manual zip code search.
    • Meeting in Print (MiP):  Spanish Outreach (SPO) during translation found missing links for the MiP for editions 1-5, no one can find these missing documents. Carlos to remove the links from the website.  Suggestion to Co-NNections committee, consider converting all of their documents to pdf so that we can store them in our website rather than being dependent on their Gdrive. Co-NNections Board Liaison to follow up with the committee with this issue.
