Acknowledging that we are all here for our personal recovery, the mission of the CoDA Board of Trustees is to ensure the longevity and fiscal health of the organization, to support the Fellowship’s ongoing service work, to promote CoDA unity and to reach the still suffering codependents.

OPENING  (8:00 am – 8:05 am – 5 min)

Serenity Prayer - God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Read Step Nine – Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do         so would injure them or others.

Read Tradition Nine –  CoDA, as such, ought never be organized; but we may create      service boards or committees directly responsible to those they serve.

Read CoDA Service Concept Nine - By tradition, the CoDA Service Conference gives responsibilities to working committees composed of Conference Delegates and other CoDA volunteers or to separate service boards or corporations. All are directly responsible to the Conference. The scope of the work a committee does is determined by the Conference group conscience. The chairperson of each committee assumes the responsibility to ensure the work assigned to the committee is completed in a timely manner.

Read Promise Nine – I acknowledge that I am a unique and precious creation.

Read from In This Moment
In This Moment, I’m entirely ready.

I ask God to remove my self-righteousness. Even though I may be right much of the time, it’s amazing how little my “rightness” is appreciated by others. In many instances, I need to ask myself, “Would I rather by right or would I rather be happy?” More often than not, I can’t have it both ways. Recently, after an aggravating situation at work, I prayed about Step Six. I was surprised to find the bitterness gone from my heart within a short time. I reviewed the situation – would the feelings return? When they didn’t materialize, I expressed gratitude to my Higher Power. Why had I waited so long? It’s so simple.

Order of round robin - Check in – 30 seconds – Barbara, Faith, Florence, Joe, Yaniv, (Chairs Forum representative), Gail
Note: Katherine indicated in advance that she would not be able to attend this meeting.

Welcome Visitors if any in attendance – Visitors –

Are we okay with recording for the Secretary’s use in preparing the Minutes?
