Jen motioned to expand legal group by one. Gerry seconded. Unanimously approved.
Discussion: Website merger. Bids and options being considered. Project progressing.
Discussions: Emotional Dependence Anonymous (DAA) letter. Committee requirements when creating projects using outside words/images. Privacy statement announcement.
Discussion: Renewal contract almost ready for signatures.
Discussion: Next meeting May 12th. Discussed French translations and UK contract.
Discussion: Ways to assist CoDA Literature Committee recruitment efforts during CoDA Service Conference and/or CoDA International Convention.
Discussion: Meeting was inspiring. Language not a barrier to communication. Discussion: Vision of World CoDA to include remote participation of delegates during Conference procedures. Discussion: CoDA-Costa Rica seeking approval to distribute downloadable material at upcoming informative event or create their own. Discussion: Professional appearance of pamphlets, shipping cost to Costa Rica.
