The 2011 CoDA World Conference is coming up quite soon Your delegates need to know the input & group conscience of the CoDA World Fellowship

Per CoDA's 12 Traditions & 12 Service Concepts, the delegates are encouraged to vote the will of the fellowship they represent, rather than their own will

There are a large number of motions & V E Issues this year, some of which are quite significant You can download them here: http://www codependents org/Delegate_Packet zip

Please be warned it is a large file (4 mb)

We would greatly appreciate it if you would review this material, & if possible also share it with your meeting & than please submit your thoughts &/or your meeting's gc to your area's CODA CSC delegates or local CoDA community service organization

If your CoDA Voting Entity (usually a state in the USA or an entire country outside of the USA) doesn't yet have delegates (each Voting Entity is allowed up to 2), there is still time to register here: http://www coda org/events/eventreg/convention php Please select the third option in the drop down menu if you wish to register as a delegate: "I would like register for only the CoDA Service Conference"

                 In Service,

  • This mailing list is a public mailing list - anyone may join or leave, at any time.
  • This mailing list is announce-only.

The purpose of this list is to share information with any & all CoDA members, especially that which may effect CoDA as a whole.

We will be sending out regular emails with CoDA events, announcements, issues & CoDA business of interest to both specific regions & to the entire CoDA fellowship.

Per the 2nd tradition, For our group purpose there is but one ultimate authority, a loving higher power as expressed to our group conscience. Our leaders are but trusted servants; they do not govern. Developing a group conscience requires an informed fellowship, & to be effective trusted servants those you've elected must know the group conscience of the fellowship.
