“Becoming myself”
I’m going through the steps. When I went through the descriptions and wrote down which ones impacted my life, I laughed and said, “I’m screwed.”
But I have an idea of what I need to work on. I was able to leave a toxic relationship that I stayed way too long in, and I have found some peace and contentment in my life.
One step at a time, one day at a time, sometimes one minute at a time is all I can deal with.
Through CoDA, I am becoming myself. Thank you and my higher power for this program.
