• Step 11: Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood God, praying only for knowledge of God’s will for us and the power to carry that out.
• Tradition 11: Our public relations policy is based on attraction rather than promotion; we need always maintain personal anonymity at the level of press, radio, films, television and all other public forms of communication
• Promise 11: I trust the guidance I receive from my Higher Power and come to believe in my own capabilities.
• Service Concept 11: The powers of the CoDA Service Conference derive from the pre-eminent authority of the group conscience decision-making process. Arizona State law gives the Board of Trustees legal rights and responsibilities to act for the Fellowship in certain situations. CoDA, Inc.’s Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws are legal documents enumerating these Board rights and responsibilities.

Q3 Revenue

1. The Board is currently in Baltimore for a face-to-face
2. We thought we would do things a bit differently today, and share what we have been working on, and what will be our focus at our F2F

•  We have developed 4 workgroups to support our strategic plan

1. Web Workgroup- Upgrade & App

2. Meeting registration and update/ announcements-

• New process
• Comparison between Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, and Engage Bay

3. Expense Reimbursement Policy and Process

• As you know we suspended current ERP due to Fellowship complaints and feedback
• We have met with 3 tax attorneys that have reviewed our current Policy, and will be conducting a GC this weekend as to who we will be Working with. Our goal is to protect CoDA, decrease costs, and Simplify the process.
• we have a meeting with the Finance Committee this week to share options

4. Board Policy and Procedure

• Wells Fargo Fraud

Maybe a stern letter from our lawyer would be good to Wells Fargo

• PO box- what to do moving forward-

• There is a service that Norcal uses where the service scans all mail, and hen forwards to contact. The cost is $9.99 per month.
• Our current PO box is on all of our literature, and endless locations.
• How would this change affect CoDA as a whole?
