Acknowledging that we are all here for our personal recovery.
The mission of the CoDA Board of Trustees is to ensure the longevity and fiscal health of the organization, to support the Fellowship’s ongoing service work, to promote CoDA unity and to reach the still suffering codependents.

  • Questions from last month's public Board meeting:
    1) Would the Chairs Forum allow for observers: No
    2) Moved to Executive Session: Would the Board Strategic Planning meeting allow for observers?
    Note: Decision regarding Executive Session: No

NEW BUSINESS: 

  • For the record: Email was sent out to the Fellowship requesting qualified applicants for a professional editor to assist our Literature Committee with new literature.
     
  • MOTION to suggest that CoRe reduce the price of the pocket books (English and Spanish) to $5 each.
    Motion: Barbara   Second: Faith
    Vote: Approved unanimous

     

MOTION from EXECUTIVE SESSION:

MOTION that CoDA pay for the purchase and shipping to Spanish speaking groups of the Spanish pocket books, up to 5000 total copies, then the Board to reassess.
Motion: Barbara; Second: Gail,
Vote: Unanimous approved

 

Next Public Board Meeting – June 4th, 2022 (1st Sat of month)
