Lighting Our Path: Daily Meditations for Recovering Codependents

Have you ever heard a share or shared something in a meeting that you wish you had written down?

Sharing our experience, strength, and hope is part of our recovery. Sharing in writing carries the message to many codependents.

Perhaps you have already written something in your journal or maybe you have submitted a short piece to Co-NNections, now called CoDA’s Weekly Reading.

Is there a quote from CoDA literature that has helped you in your recovery and become part of your life? Please consider writing about it to share with others.

CoDA Literature Committee is looking for contributions for a new daily meditation book, Lighting Our Path: Daily Meditations for Recovering Codependents

The format for Lighting Our Path is:

  • At the top of the page, provide a quote from CoDA Conference endorsed literature (please include reference: which publication, page, edition).
  • Follow the quote with your personal writing: thoughts, contemplations, or recovery experience in approximately 100 – 250 words.

Please send submissions to: literature@coda.org. Please include Lighting Our Path in the subject line.

Developing a group conscience requires an informed fellowship, & to be effective trusted servants those you've elected must know the group conscience of the fellowship.
