The mission of the CoDA Board of Trustees is to ensure the longevity and fiscal health of the organization, to support the Fellowship’s ongoing service work, to promote CoDA unity and to reach the still suffering codependents.

- Meeting Search Issues (Time Zone Strategy): there will be another meeting with IntersectionOnLine to review the changes.
- F2F/Hybrid meetings: same as above.
- Member Resources page: still in process.
- ADA: (American Disability Act); WCGA for world guidelines. (Web Content Accessibility Guide.) Contract has been signed. Work has been started to make coda.org compliant.
- Site map for CoDA.org website: no progress at the moment.
CODA Teen (codateen@coda.org): Split into english and spanish to update the material in each language. Meeting tomorrow with English group. To create Spanish CoDATeen@coda.org, ask the Spanish group what they would like their alias name to be. Next joint meeting is March 10, 2022
