The mission of the CoDA Board of Trustees is to ensure the longevity and fiscal health of the organization, to support the Fellowship’s ongoing service work, to promote CoDA unity and to reach the still suffering codependents.

Treasurer’s report/Financials      

Note: We received a particularly large royalty payment on 1/22 for 12/21: $20,363.51. This was most likely due to backordered workbooks arriving on 12/21. They had been out of stock for a while.

• F2F/Hybrid meetings:  Discussion about how to display/list online meetings.

• ADA: (American Disability Act); WCGA for world guidelines. (Web Content Accessibility Guide.) Contract has been signed with EqualWeb Digital Accessibility. They have started work on the website work is in progress by the outside entity. IntersectionOnLine is working to get the correct coding.
• Site map for coda.org website: IntersectionOnLine doesn’t have access to the old Mura website. A former Board member is to assist with old Mura website access. The Communications Committee chair has offered to assist with search issues.

CODA Teen - Have recruited many members since the first meeting after sending out an announcement blast.  They have over 20 members on the alias!  Next meeting is February 10th.   Working on the content for the website page. codateen@coda.org
