Website:

  • CoDA.org update - updates by Web Liaison:

  • Meeting Search Issues (Time Zone Strategy):  IntersectionOnLine (IOL), web developer, is working on this.
  • F2F/Hybrid meetings:  IOL questioned if we want hybrid meetings to appear with the online meetings. Need to determine whether a meeting would then be counted as two meetings.
  • Member Resources page: Working on re-design.with  IOL’s web designer.
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA for US) and Web Content Accessibility Guide (WCGA for European guidelines) compliance; 3 quotes from 3 different companies. MOVED to the Executive session.
    • Site map for coda.org website: Trying to determine what route to use for this. A former Board member is to assist with old Mura website access, to see its site map. Communications Committee Chair has offered to assist with search issues.
    • How many meetings:  There is a way, in the back (of the website) to pull up numbers by state and country.
    • Meeting attendance verification for legal purposes:  Add to our website suggested script and document wording in the event that an attendee needs court verification of attendance. Add to the Meeting Resources page. Consider 2022 CSC motion for Meeting Handbook (FSM part 2).

Post CSC action items

  • PPGCoDA.org Moved to Executive Session

OLD BUSINESS

  • CoDA-Thon: Post holiday report:
This year with the help of many CoDA meetings, we significantly expanded the CoDA-Thon. In the past, it’s basically been 3 phone meetings carrying the entire load. This year, a number of internet meetings joined in. We plan to repeat it in the future and hopefully we can get Thanksgiving day included in the annual plan.
Reported Issues: We had a report of one “Zoom Bomber”, other than that, there were no reports of any issues. We are likely going to suggest next year that internet meetings don’t use their regular log in, & that meetings consider using waiting rooms, with the moderator always having the option to immediately & permanently mute any abusive user.

    Total CoDA meetings participating: 38
Total meetings held during the CoDA-Thon =  97
Total meetings each day of the CoDA-Thon:
    12/24 - 20
    12/25 - 17
    12/31 - 35
    1/1/22 - 25

NEW BUSINESS:

Zoom bombers: how to deal with these at the VE/Intergroup level. Board will have Fellowship Service Worker create a Fellowship email blast on how to deal with Zoom bombers, which can also be added to Member Resources page.
