11 am-12:30 pm ET/12 Noon-1:30 pm AT/6:00-7:30 pm Israel

Acknowledging that we are all here for our personal recovery.
The mission of the CoDA Board of Trustees is to ensure the longevity and fiscal health
 of the organization, to support the Fellowship’s ongoing service work,
to promote CoDA unity and to reach the still suffering codependents.

Motion #1 -  October 6, 2021: MOTION TO APPROVE: FSM Version 3

Motion #2 - Nov 3, 2021: MOTION TO APPROVE "Central Eastern Ontario Translation and Interpretation Services contract" at terms stated in the contract for the benefit of Spanish Outreach (SPO) for Chairs Forum, CoDA Teen, etc.

OLD BUSINESS

Website(s): 

  • CoDA.org update - updates by Web Liaison:
      • F2F (Face-to-Face) /Hybrid meetings-  IntersectionOnLine (web developer) is in the process of working on ideas to indicate if a meeting is hybrid.
      • Intergroup/VE (Voting Entity) updates:  With regard to correcting and updating these lists, we can combine these lists into one list so that we are not having to update and keep track of multiple lists, making changes to the way the area contacts are listed with separate links. For discussion with web developer.
      • Meeting search issues: There continues to be issues with the time zone not showing up properly. Also, the lists do not display the correct chronological time if the time zones are different. For discussion with web developer.
      • ADA: Tabled.
      • CoDA Teen Task Force:SPO (Spanish Outreach) to talk about it at the November Chairs Forum utilizing new interpretation service for their attendance
      • Calendar postings: Web liaison to create an email announcement about the Traditions and posting of events.  The web liaison is responsible for reviewing all requests for posting to the calendar.
         
  • Post CSC action items:
      • Tradition 11 changes:  Completed on the website. 
      • CSC approved Canada VE literature: Wait for formatting from 3rd party before posting on website.
      • Fellowship Service Manual (FSM) update: The FSM is in process to be corrected with its links and uploaded to the website.  It contains the Tradition 11 changes.
