OLD BUSINESS: 

Website(s): 

• CoDA.org update - updates by Web Liaison:

• • • Zip code search:   The zip code search is currently up and functioning under the US meeting search.  We discussed having this extended to include City/Country so that it can be used in place of "Global" meeting search and it can be uniform for all searches. 

• • • Changing filter fields: Web group has agreed to go forward with changing filter fields for online meetings to include  chat/forum/email and video.

• • • ADA Access:  Jase, of IntersectionOnline (IOL), will help find two other quotes. Demo link:  https://accessibe.com#showpopup_popup-demo

• • • Fellowship Service worker, Joan's requests: 
• Can we get a report on activated/deactivated meetings- Jase (IOL)will f/u options for this.  
• Jase (IOL) will add a column for "Last updated", so that Joan can generate reports from this column as well.  

• • • Arizona request: Clarify categories/focus meetings--  on the back end, we will separate Categories and focus--  categories- open and/or closed, focus for all other designations.

• • • Time zone:
• Looking at ways to include it in the face to face (f2f) meetings-- currently we do not register f2f meetings with inclusion of the time zone which is why it is not listed.
• The time zone feature is fixed on the online meetings so that the only time listed is the one chosen for the person logging on. 
• Arizona request - we are looking at the options for correctly listing their time zone as they are Mountain Time, MT (vs. MST/ MDT or PDT)
• New Zealand request: there are 2 New Zealand time zones.

• • • F2F/Hybrid meetings-  Jase (IOL) and Web liaison discussed ways we may note this in the meeting search under F2F meetings

• • • Re-Captcha request for Geff--  Jase (is working on this too.  

• • • Meeting in Print (MiP):  Two out of the six missing MIPs have been located and uploaded.
      Action Item: Co-NNections committee liaisons to request them to change all of their MiPs to PDFs.
    • Group Conscience (GC) decisions in process with webgroup
      • Changing from word docs to pdfs for all documents uploaded to the web: we have over 200 web word docs.
        Action Item: Web liaison to find out from previous Board Chair the reason why we are leaving those as word docs-
  • Post CSC action items
    • Tradition 11 changes:  These are done but now the webgroup has also decided to add “Conference Endorsed 2021” as this is a significant change.
      Action Item: Add Conference Endorsed 2021 to the original Copyright. Also do so in the Fellowship Service Manual (FSM).

• • • CoDA Service Conference (CSC) approved Canada Voting Entity (VE) literature:
      • In process, almost ready to be uploaded to CoDA.org as a downloadable endorsed CoDA piece of literature. 
        • Web Liaison used the term “CoDA Endorsed Voting Entity Literature”
          GC: In favor of said labeling.
    • FSM update:
      • FSM is ready for approval, based upon CSC 2021 Motions.
        Add “Conference Endorsed 2021 to 12 Traditions.

NEW BUSINESS: 

• YouTube update: Our channel has been updated from “CoDA World” to “Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA Inc)” to make it easier to distinguish from similar channels. We now have 3 uploaded videos (2 versions of a Public Service Announcement plus the video presented at CoDA Service Conference (CSC) by the Spanish Outreach Committee.

• CSC 2021 Motion 21068. The Board Chair will prepare an email for the Fellowship explaining Motion 21068 (first year) . Tradition 11 went through the 2nd year approval process.  The Fellowship needs to change the document that they are using. Foundational documents cannot be changed by GC of groups e.g. God versus Higher Power
