If you are a parent and need support, there's a CoDA Telephone Meeting called Parenting with Serenity on Mondays at 2:30pm PST. The format is to read and share on a piece of CoDA literature pertaining to parenting. We are currently reading about the inner child. Both moms and dads are welcome to attend.

CoDA has a number of phone & on-line meetings for when you need a meeting and can't get to one! In most cases they are open to all Co-Dependents & in most cases are 100% free of charge!
