We also need volunteers for our committee – here is what we need
Inmate sponsorship coordinator. Match up sponsors with inmates, following established guidelines. Time commitment – 5 to 10 hours a month.
Letter reader/data input – Receives letters, determines needs of writer, enters name and information into master spreadsheet. Time commitment – 5 to 10 hours a month.
Letter sender – uses spreadsheet to mail appropriate form letters/information. Stamps, envelopes, paper is provided. Time commitment – 5 to 10 hours a month.
Letter writer – responds to those letters that require more of an answer than a form letter. Time commitment – 5 to 10 hours a month.
All these positions require a computer, internet access, and some require a printer.
