Have you pre-purchased your menu options for Saturday Dinner or Sunday Breakfast? The deadline is July 7, 2023, and there will be very few, if any, meals available to purchase at the door. Don’t miss out on the additional fellowship over dinner and breakfast!

What are the menu options and how do I order?

Saturday night dinner and Sunday morning breakfast menu options are listed on Eventbrite. Menu choices to meet dietary preferences, including vegan selections, are available. To order it’s as simple as 1-2-3:

2. Select “Get Tickets,”
3. Review, select menu item and purchase your meal.

The negotiated convention rate of $149.00 per deluxe king or deluxe queen room is only guaranteed until July 7, 2023. Reservations can be made online using the hotel provided link: Royal Sonesta Reservations.

If you need assistance in finding a roommate, please e-mail Events@coda.org. Indicate "ROOMATE ASSISTANCE NEEDED" in the email subject line and someone from our team will provide contact info of others looking for roommates. But remember, the deadline for the negotiated convention rate is July 7, 2023!
