IMPORTANT DEADLINES

July 23rd, 2025	Bylaw Changes/Amendments 75-day deadline	As defined by our Bylaws, any Bylaw change/amendment must be submitted to the Board Secretary ([email protected]) in electronic form no later than 75 days before the start of conference. The change/amendment may not be presented at CSC unless this deadline is met.
July 23rd, 2025	All Motions 75-day deadline	[email protected] All Motions will be emailed to [email protected] no later than 75 days before the start of Conference, with revisions allowed for up to 60 days before the start of Conference. Link To CSC 2024 Motion Form
August 7th, 2025	Revisions to Motions Late Motions – submitted after July 23rd 60-day deadline	[email protected]
September 6th, 2025	Committee Reports and Goals CoDA Board and CoRe Board Applications Due 30-day deadline	[email protected] All reports and goals must be emailed 30 days before the start of the Conference
