Financial Aid Available For Delegates to Attend the CoDA Service Conference

Do you want to attend the CoDA Service Conference (CSC) as a State Delegate (DEL-TRO) or International Country Delegate (I-TRO)?

Do you need Financial Assistance?

Please Read the Following Announcement:

As a Voting Entity Delegate, you represent the voice of all CoDA members within your "Voting Entity (State or Country).” If your State or Country has never been represented at the CoDA Service Conference (CSC) this is a great opportunity to participate and be represented.

A Travel Reimbursement Opportunity (TRO) to attend the CoDA Service Conference (CSC) in October (18 thru 21) is available, and the CoDA Events Committee wants to make this information available to all Delegates.

Each year, CoDA offers Three of these opportunities for the USA (also known as CSC TRO DEL), each up to $750.00, and offers Two of these opportunities for International Countries each up to $1,500.00.

The time to apply for these opportunities is NOW. Deadline for applications is August 18, 2016 CoDA Service Conference (CSC) Travel Reimbursement Opportunity (TRO) “TRO-DEL” or “I-TRO” was formally known as Grant Policy or Scholarship.

Some of the qualifications are listed below.

1. Need to be elected by your Voting Entity (VE) State or Country as their Delegate.

2. Be willing to travel and represent your Voting (VE), and participate fully at the CoDA Service Conference (CSC) begins Oct. 18 at 8:00 am and adjourns on Oct. 21 at noon.

3. Be willing to review all motions being presented at the CoDA Service Conference (CSC) and prior to the CSC gather information from your Voting Entity on what their general consensus of how they want you to vote on each motion.

The application for a Travel Reimbursement Opportunity (TRO) can be found on the coda website (coda.org) under: World Service Events; click on CoDA Service Conference (CSC); click on “TRO-DEL”.
