Summary of CoDA’s Board of Trustees Emergency meeting.

 

Meeting took place in Skype. Sunday April 2nd, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM Pacific.

 

Attendance: Denny, Gerry, Madeline, Jen, Lorraine, Mary, Addie. Invited guests: Conni.

 

Agenda: Web- designer fees for restoration of site.

 

Discussion: Having an operational site is crucial to the Fellowship. Lorraine made motion to submit a check for 50% of what Arizona Website Solutions is asking as good faith to get the site back up, then submit the reminder once our data is back to the closest day as possible. Madeline seconded. Votes. 7 in favor. 1 against. 0 abstentions.

 

Motion passed.

 

  • Action item: Conni to send contract to Denny for review and signature. Denny to send check.
