Hello to the CoDA Fellowship.
We wanted to let you know that the first version of the CSC 2016 Delegate packet is out. It is quite incomplete, & we will send updates to both you & your delegates as more items come in (many are not due yet).
At this instant, you can get the entire current packet as a zip file here:
http://www.codependents.org/CSC_2016_V0.9.zip
Hopefully starting late Monday, it will be available as both a zip file and as separate files either here:
http://coda.org/index.cfm/world-service-events/
(or this link will have directions as to where to find the information
Please remember that it is your delegate's role to represent the Group Conscience of the meetings they are representing.
We hope you and your meetings will take the time to review this material & share your thoughts with your conference delegate(s).

Per the 2nd tradition, For our group purpose there is but one ultimate authority, a loving higher power as expressed to our group conscience. Our leaders are but trusted servants; they do not govern. Developing a group conscience requires an informed fellowship, & to be effective trusted servants those you've elected must know the group conscience of the fellowship.
