SERVICE OPPORTUNITY FROM YOUR HOME
The CoDA Email Team is looking for trusted servants to answer emails sent to email@example.com. This very rewarding service work it engages us with people discovering their codependent patterns and reaching out for help in overcoming them. Not only do we need more help out of self-care but we also want others to experience as we do these encounters with the very people who are the reasons for our fellowship.
The work requires comfort with email communication since that is all this committee does (our fellow service workers on the cphone committee handle incoming phone calls.) So it can be fitted around other activities 24/7 and we are quick with help when needed, especially for newcomers.
We do have a careful intake process for newcomers since our work is so significant to the Fellowship, but we see you as one of us in our own recovery and growth. We ask that you have at least one year of CoDA recovery so you can better convey how meetings carry the message of the Fellowship so effectively.
We receive two dozen or more inquiries per week, mostly for help finding meetings, but also some challenging ones that require time, thought and sometimes research. We believe we provide excellent service and present a warm, responsive and effective image of the fellowship. But maintaining that with our small numbers means we need your help with them, dear reader. If this message stirs a responding chord in you, we welcome your reply to firstname.lastname@example.org.

This mailing list is announce-only.
The purpose of this list is to share information with any & all CoDA members, especially that which may effect CoDA as a whole.
We will be sending out regular emails with CoDA events, announcements, issues & CoDA business of interest to both specific regions & to the entire CoDA fellowship.
Per the 2nd tradition, For our group purpose there is but one ultimate authority, a loving higher power as expressed to our group conscience. Our leaders are but trusted servants; they do not govern. Developing a group conscience requires an informed fellowship, & to be effective trusted servants those you've elected must know the group conscience of the fellowship.
Per the 11th & 12th Traditions this list is private & anonymous.
