Folks, it is important that you all keep your meeting information up to date. Many times it is impossible to find a meeting in an area when they do exist because the information is old, the meeting moved, changed time, etc. Also, contact information for the meeting is important when people are trying to locate a meeting. Please go to the coda website and follow the links to update your meeting's information today.

We suggest that meetings consider using a generic email address that can be answered by the current contact person and does not have to be changed when service positions rotate.

It also is helpful to us if the people who are listed as contacts on the meeting record are the one sending in the update. If other people write in to update who are not listed, our fellowship service worker sends back an email saying that she needs to hear from the already listed contacts (or needs to be told that those people are no longer available). This slows down updates but is part of CoDA's update policy.

Remember, the most important person in a meeting is the newcomer. Please make sure it is easy for them to find us.
